Raffles International Floristry Academy (RiFA) is a full time floristry school focusing on Floristry Training as well as provide Floristry Consultancy Services. Awards & Achievements 荣 耀

Team RiFA Trainer Bernard Low was invited by TFDA - Taiwan Flower Development Association to present a Floral Art Display at the 1st Taiwan International Floral Art Design Competition in Taiwan Floral Expo on 12 Dec 2013.

Team RiFA was led by Bernard Low together with Peter Chin, Shanti, Junike put up a 11m x 6m  floral art display titled “Prenakan Floral Art won Design Excellence Award handled out by Taipei Mayor Mr How Loong Ping at the official opening and award presentation ceromony attending by many local and international floristry representative and media. .


 

AIFD Symposium 2014 Chicago, USA


6 of our Team RiFA members achieved 100% Pass during the annual AIFD Professional Floral Designer Evaluation Session which took place in Chicago last summer.


And 2 of them who score high point were also given AIFD title


 

Singapore Garden Festival - SGF 1st Table Top Floral Design Competition 2014 @ Vivo


In conjunction with the 5th Singapore Garden Festival, National Parks Board of Singapore (Nparks) organised the 1st of its kind Table Top Floral Display Competition at Vivo City on 31 May 2014.


The competition started off with contestants submitting their concept plan and drawing to a panel of judges for selection. Our school were delighted that all our 8 entries got selected on round 1 and were invited to participate on round 2 which is a “on the spot”  competition.

Singapore Garden Festival - Table Top Floral Design Competition Final @ Garden By The Bay


The 5th Singapore Garden Festival organised by National Parks Board of Singapore (Nparks) organised the 1st of its kind Table Top Floral Display Competition at Vivo City on 31 May 2014.


2 of our team members: Ms Law Guek Chu and Mr Thong Weng Seng were the few finalist that were chosen by Nparks to put up a Table Top Floral Display at the SGF. Both of them won Silver Medal. International renowned floral master Gregor Lersch were the chief judge for this competition and our team were very hornur to be judge by him.
